As a boy I used to build most of the things myself or at least tried to customize them the way I wanted to make a difference. Working as a strategic consultant nowadays, I know that most of the brands seek simular behavior from their customers vis interactive tools in order to fill the urged space of interest they can hardly provide on their own. I am a co-funder of the MCPC and looking foreward to seeing You in Helsinki.
